Infrastructure archive + proof retrieval

Retrieve what happened.

ProVantage creates a neutral, timestamped visual history of infrastructure projects—so anyone can retrieve objective proof from an archived date.

The problem

The questions arrive after the moment is gone.

Months or years after construction, people need answers—but the original conditions no longer exist.

“What did this project actually look like on that date?”

Most teams cannot answer this quickly from one shared, neutral record.
01

Memory fades

Stakeholders remember different versions of what happened.

02

Evidence is scattered

Photos, reports and messages live across people, folders and systems.

03

The timeline is incomplete

Existing documentation rarely creates an easy week-by-week history anyone can retrieve.

The solution

A neutral visual timeline, built before it is needed.

ProVantage archives visible infrastructure conditions week by week, organizes the record, and retrieves the dates that matter.

1

Independent documentation

A third-party record separate from any single stakeholder’s version.

2

Timestamped records

Every archive entry is tied to a specific date and time.

3

Geotagged history

Location data connects each record to the project it documents.

4

Searchable archives

Organized dates replace hunts through scattered folders and phones.

5

Weekly comparisons

See what changed between two dates—side by side.

6

Proof retrieval

Retrieve visible conditions when a serious question requires an answer.

How it works

Archive now. Retrieve when questions arise.

The value is not another folder of footage. The value is a structured history your team can use later.

01 · CAPTURE

Preserve conditions

Repeatable collection documents the agreed corridor, site, access points and visible conditions.

02 · ORGANIZE

Build the timeline

Records are dated, geotagged, checked and organized into an easy week-by-week archive.

03 · RETRIEVE

Answer the question

Request a date or comparison and receive the relevant visual record without searching through scattered files.

Real projects

This is not a concept. The record already exists.

ProVantage has archived more than a year of infrastructure conditions across several recurring Valley projects.

Who uses it

One timeline. Different decisions.

Each stakeholder may ask a different question. ProVantage gives them the same visible history to reference.

Engineers

Review how visible field conditions changed over time.

Project managers

Retrieve dates without rebuilding the story from scattered files.

Contractors

Support project review with an independent outside record.

City staff

Respond to questions with a clear, organized timeline.

Business owners

Compare outside conditions with sales, complaints and operations.

Executives & advisors

See the relevant dates quickly when decisions carry real cost.

Why neutral matters

The archive does not decide who is right.

It preserves visible facts so engineers, managers, insurers, attorneys and decision-makers can evaluate the same record.

ProVantage does not determine financial loss, legal cause or fault. It documents what was visible and when.

Without a neutral archive

  • Conflicting memories
  • Scattered photos
  • Missing dates
  • Hours spent searching

With ProVantage

  • Shared visual timeline
  • Known dates and locations
  • Side-by-side comparison
  • Fast retrieval

Pilot process

Start with one project and one real question.

A demonstration shows the existing archive first. If the record is useful, a scoped pilot proves the workflow on your project.

STEP 01

Private archive demo

Bring one question. We walk through selected dates and comparisons in 20 minutes.

STEP 02

Define the pilot

Agree on the location, conditions, capture frequency, users and question the archive should answer.

STEP 03

Review the record

See the new weekly entries, compare dates and decide whether continuous coverage is valuable.

Private demonstrations are view-only. No files or usage rights are included in a complimentary demo.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the first call.

Is ProVantage a drone service?

No. ProVantage is an infrastructure archive and proof retrieval system. A drone is one collection method; the organized historical record is the product.

How is this different from project photos and reports?

Those records remain valuable. ProVantage adds an independent, repeatable, week-by-week visual timeline that is organized for comparison and retrieval. It works alongside the documentation you already trust.

What can the archive help answer?

Questions such as: What did this corridor look like on a specific date? When did access or visibility change? What changed between Week 3 and Week 12? How long did a visible condition remain?

Does the archive prove fault or financial loss?

No. ProVantage documents visible conditions. It does not determine legal cause, fault or the amount of a financial loss. Qualified stakeholders decide what the record means.

Why does the record need to be created in advance?

Because past conditions cannot be recreated after they disappear. The day the record becomes necessary is too late to begin recording.

What happens during a demonstration?

You bring one real project question. ProVantage privately shows selected archive dates, comparisons and the retrieval structure. The session is view-only and takes about 20 minutes.

Who owns the archive?

ProVantage retains ownership of its archive and raw records. Paid proposals define the client’s access, dates, users, retention and permitted use in writing.
